A regular meeting of the Board of Education for Community Unit School District 201 is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Miller Elementary School, located at 125 West Traube Street, Westmont, IL 60559. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. with closed session; the live session will immediately follow.

There will not be a Live-stream. The meeting will be recorded and will be available approximately 48 hours after the meeting.

• Complete the card provided at the sign-in table and present it to the Board President before the start of the meeting.
• State their name before making their comment.

Public comment is a time for the community to address the Board with comments and questions. Each community member addressing the Board has 5 minutes. Once you have been notified your time is up, kindly step away from the podium. Public comment will be for 30 minutes, with no more than each subject lasting 20 minutes. Please understand, this is not an engagement time. The Board will consider your comments in its decisions. For those comments or questions requiring a follow-up response, the Board president or superintendent will follow up.

The Board president is responsible for making sure the guidelines are followed.   As a reminder, public comments to the Board are subject to Board Policy 2:230.
