Proposed Capital Projects
This document prioritizes and lists each district's capital needs. Within this list are all the necessary projects each building needs, and they are prioritized, as best as possible, based on the liability each project poses to the district. The estimated prices listed for each project are known as "budgetary pricing." These costs are calculated by our construction management company based on known factors such as square footage, materials needed, estimated labor hours, and include architect and engineering fees. At the top of each list, there is an additional link that takes you to a separate document with detailed information on the construction of each building, capacities, completed projects, and future necessary projects.
