April 30, 2021
Dear CUSD 201 Families,
The week of May 3 is Educator Appreciation Week. The work of our teachers has never been more challenging than during the pandemic. Our teachers have been going above and beyond to meet the needs of our students.
This past week, CUSD 201 has resumed full days of in-person instruction. Overall, it has been a smooth transition. The school will continue to make adjustments as needed to provide a positive experience for our students.
The DCHD published the DCHD School Metrics Week 15 on Monday. As of April 29, the seven-day positivity rate for Westmont is 3.69%, Hinsdale is 7.42%, Downers Grove is 4.90%, and Clarendon Hills is 0.77%. The average positivity rate for our community is 4.20%.
Please continue to wear masks, practice social distancing and wash your hands. If you have the opportunity, please get vaccinated.
Please read the entire communication for additional updates.
