Time Requirements & Appointments
  • Appointments will be first come first serve. The appointments will be available to schedule online approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the first picture day.
  • Summer Picture Days will typically be available to schedule appointments between 9:00a m and 3:30 pm. 
    • If you prefer different hours, please be sure to discuss this with your account specialist.
    • If the last appointment is at 3:30pm, please ensure we will have access to the space until at least 7pm
  • School Year Picture Days will typically be scheduled after school from 3:30-7:30pm.
    • If you prefer to have picture days during the school day, please be sure to let your account specialist know.
    • After school hours, the final appointments will be taken at 7:30 pm and the photographers will need approximately 2 hours to wrap up end of day procedures.
  • On the first day of photography appointments, photographers will need access to the set up locations 2.5 hours prior to the first appointment.
  • On the final day of photography, our photography team will be taking the last appointments scheduled in the final appointment slots 1 hour prior to previous days.
  • At the end of every picture day, our photography team will also need approximately 2.5 hours to wrap up the last few appointments and complete end of day procedures.
  • Remember to inform the school staff/custodians of our presence to prevent any confusion on the time we are arriving and leaving the school. Consider which doors are to remain open/unlocked for student entry and please inform the photography staff.  

Space Requirements
  • Original and Makeup senior portrait dates, we will be sending 3 photography setups. Each photography requires 20(width) x 30 (length) x 12(height) feet. Please be sure the space available will accommodate these dimensions.
    • Please be sure to remove all furniture, desks and other items from the setup locations prior to our team's arrival. This will ensure that there is no delay for your first appointments.
  • Our photography equipment must remain setup and over the weekend. Please be sure the space available will accommodate this requirement.
  • Kindly provide 4 long tables, 4 chairs as well as several extra chairs for the students.
  • Please confirm that the photography location is air-conditioned (during the summer), and it remains on until after appointments are finished for the day. This would help the students look their best by keeping the gentlemen cool in their suit and ties and preventing the ladies from hair issues.

  • Add as much information as possible to your website about their upcoming senior portraits, including the dates of photography and your yearbook deadline. 
  • Promote senior portraits by posting headlines via your school website with critical information, deadlines and portrait dates!
