WESTMONT HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

General

Time for new glasses?   Don't throw away your old pairs!  Drop off your old pairs of glasses in room 125.  Rotary Interact is holding a gentle used eyeglasses drive to help those in need see better.   It doesn't matter if you are donating glasses purchased through a doctor's office, lens crafters or over the counter at the dollar store.   Rotary Interact will pass them on to individuals to help them see better.  We thank you in advance for your donation. 

Senior Parents:

Please find information about ordering caps and gowns here. You are only REQUIRED to order these 3 items: cap, gown, and tassel ($31). You are also able to order other products through Josten's, but these items ARE NOT required. WHS will NOT accept orders or payments this year, you MUST order online and make payment through Josten's.

Clubs

Hey Sentinels, there's still time to sign up to travel to Spain and Portugal with Geography Club next summer! Talk to Mr. Landreth or Mr. Dunne for more information or with any questions.

 

Athletics

Congratulations to the girls basketball team who defeated Christ the King in their season opener on Friday night 44-27.  Please come out tonight to watch the girls play Rochelle Zell. Game time 6:00

Sentinel Athletes - please see your coach or Kappy to grab a set of 50/50 raffle tickets. Every athlete is asked to sell 5 tickets to help the Booster Club.  The athlete who sells the winning ticket will receive $50.  The raffle will take place at our February 4 basketball game.
