Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome back to another exciting year at Westmont High School! As we begin this new academic year, I am filled with enthusiasm and anticipation for the opportunities and growth that await each of our students. Whether you are returning or joining our school community for the first time, I extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to each one of you.
Our commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment remains steadfast, where each student can thrive and excel in their unique ways.
I am proud to share that Westmont High School continues to excel in numerous areas. We are a National Blue Ribbon award-winning school, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and community. Additionally, we are honored to be recognized as the number one high school in Illinois according to the ISBE index score. Our outstanding results on the 5Essentials Survey highlight our strong school culture, effective leadership, and supportive learning environment. Furthermore, we are thrilled to have the best AP program in the country, providing our students with exceptional opportunities to challenge themselves and succeed academically.
As we embrace this new academic journey, I encourage our students to approach each day with curiosity, determination, and an eagerness to learn. Remember, education is a lifelong process, and each step you take here at Westmont High School will pave the way for your future endeavors.
To our parents and guardians, I extend my gratitude for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. We understand the partnership between home and school is vital to the success of our students, and we encourage open communication and active involvement throughout the year.
Throughout the year, we will offer a range of extracurricular activities, clubs, and events that cater to various interests and talents. I encourage all students to explore these opportunities as they contribute to a well-rounded education and help build lasting friendships.
Parents and students, please remember that our doors are always open, and we are here to support you in any way possible.
